I decided to test drive the Crossfire, even though it was over my budget, just for fun. Off I went, during the height of the evening commute in Los Angeles traffic. About 2 minutes later, I. Was. In. After owning the car for less than a week, I literally can’t imagine driving anything else … ever. I love sitting at a red light next to one of those silly kids (you know the type, driving a Honda something dripping with pointless aftermarket garbage) and knowing that I could thoroughly embarrass him without even trying.
This is my daily driver, 30 city miles round trip. It has 76k on it. And trust me, my eyes are wide open. Old car oil change $40, new car $130. Old car tires $200 a pair, new car $500 (getting new rears on Saturday). There are a lot of minor things wrong with it. I don’t care. I’m in heaven every time I touch the accelerator. It’s the car I always wanted. I just didn’t know it.
I hope you guys will be patient with a girl on the forums and all the questions I’m going to be asking in the days to come. Thanks in advance!
