Call again and ask them if it's going to take a class action law suite to stop this "only selected states got MFG Defective tops"...
Let them know you have plenty of people to testify "they have acknowledged the defect" and repaired it along with plenty dealing with trying to get a repair.
Oh..there's a gal on FB for crossfires.. just got okayed for a top with the cars origin in Chicago..
