Tune is not going to fix an issue.. I haven't seen where anyone has had code errors from the stock tune after a throttle body upgrade. You have other issues.. new gasket at throttle body?...bad seat on a vacuum hose?..crack on a vacuum hose?....Used a torque wrench at install or "feels about right"..? Use propane around the area and see if it picks up idle.. oh... don't light it first.. LOL. And if I'm not mistaken seems I've read issues from just the seal on the engine cover not being good. And let's not forget we are buying USED throttle bodies... no chance of a defective one there..
