If this list is all "checks" well we are using "used" throttle bodies. I doubt a tune is going to straighten things out for you.
I heard of some people having idle issues when they switch to the new throttle body. I had a MAF code a while back and so I got a new genuine one and also fixed any vacuum leaks. I'll try another throttle reset because I don't know if I've done one since I resealed everything.
