You just relieve the tension on the tensioner pulley with a 17 mm socket and pull handle on the extruded boss on the tensioner assembly, put the belt on according to the diagram, then release the tension. ( this is for an N/A engine, I think the SRT6 is different )

The belt came off for a reason, this hardly EVER happens by itself.
It is usually due to fluid on the belt.
Clean up the bely and all the pulleys before reinstalling it.

George hit the nail on the head, and it should only take a few minutes, tops. Just make sure you find out WHY it happened...
