I like my new pads... Hawk HPS's ! Much less dust than the OEMs and they DO NOT FADE even in a hard stop from 80 MPH.
As for the battery, even if you have the last production 2008 Xfire off the line, that battery is already over the 72 month limit. Everyone should have replaced their OEM Varta white battery by now.
