I used a thin film of 75W-90 gear lube on the o-ring - went back together super easy (and I did this before finding this thread) it just would not go back together otherwise.

I also used a flat blade to pry the clamp on the adjustment arm off to get it apart.


Tooos I used:

6mm Hex Key (for the adjustment arm)
Flat Blade screwdriver
T25 Torx bit and 1/4" rachet
T25 Torx Screwdriver

And I took the wheel/tire right off the car - made it super easy.
