OOPS.

I think the instructions are wrong - it sent you back to step 11 after drilling the pin.
I BELIEVE THIS IS WRONG - you go back to step 10.

I did not need to drill the pin so I could be all wet here - but I still think I am right: the instructions sent you back to the wrong step, I am 99% sure of it.

If you want to let it sit, you can wait for someone to chime in who had to drill. I just really, really, believe that the procedure was in error there.

Try going back to step 10 and (I know it'll take three hands) try to get the key/tumblers out. I'll bet that it will free up then - then just put it all back in (But dont put hte electrical connector on or put the dash back together) and put the tumblers back in WHEN THE PROCEDURE says to.

Then, try it and see if it is freed up.


I STILL think the procedure has an error in it, but maybe someone who had to drill will chime in and set us both right.
