Schrader is now making a programmable ID sensor. Personally I would be calling tire shops and see what they can offer...Then take that information and web search for a price on them. Discount tire told me "Sure we can program them no problem". Didn't even look at the sensors I brought in. I was getting my tires mounted to my new wheels.. and when done "oh..we couldn't program those". They use Snap on programming tool. Seems the Bartek system is the most popular and versatile one. These fortunately were freebies from a company wanting me to test them out. Should find out Monday just what is required on them. Most likely a trip to the dealer.
