That wasn't my post about blowing speakers.. I have an aftermarket in mine.. Clarion 200 watts from speaker leads that I used instead of RCA out - tied in to the stock amp, and have no issues. At a volume level of 25 there is no more increase through the amp, so I don't try to push it higher than that.

I'm at work right now.. but if you get confused about what to do.. I can tell you what has worked fine for me later this evening.
