When I called them, they checked the VIN for all existing warranties. The top is warrantied for 10 years from date of purchase. They never asked or mentioned anything about location determining if the warranty applied. I think this is a national warranty that was added after the Crossfire Roadsters experienced so many identical problems of the rear window coming loose.
Anyway, don't pass up getting yours fixed under warranty. Good luck.

Well don't tell RedDog this.. his was just refused within the last two weeks.. They run the vin.. you check out as a "qualifying" state under original location purchase... your told "Gotcha covered".. Otherwise they would have just asked you how many miles you have huh... Cars with original destination in the north that were transferred south and sold are being denied ..
. Now I do state this without "knowing" they changed the policy this week..
