Sigh...the back window came out of my 2007 last month. Chrysler has been slow walking me ever since. I got a call today saying they were not going to "participate" in fixing my top because I was not the original owner. My warranty was up in June. I bought the car with 7,000 miles on it. It now had 30,000 miles, is garage kept and hand washed....really Chrysler, you don't think there is a problem?

The warranty on the top is for 100,000 miles and 10 years. I was the second owner of the Red one and the third owner of my Graphite one - and I have a letter for both cars.
