P0410 as you know is the air injection code, maybe the contacts on the relay are burnt or there is a poor connection of the ground wire.
Do you hear the air pump working at the start up of the engine? Does the pump run all the time? Does the pump ever run?
You know, maybe I never paid attention, but I don't think I ever heard a pump running on this one or my previous Crossfire. I do feel air coming out the box where the RCM sits. Is that what you're referring to?
