OK. That is very important they did the re-programming correctly. 1. You said a short started the problem. Was the car running and starting fine before the short? Or did this start after they got involved and for some reason replaced the skreem?
The module they replace is probably the Relay Control Module. You will need to know what module for sure they replaced, but that would be my guess. 2. Does the car turn over and not start or no turn over at all?
