And this leads me right back to my earlier statement, and seems Pizzaguy is on the same page of concern. They screwed up programming the Skreem, or have a defective one - would be very high on my list of probable causes.
Just another thought along the "lawyer" lines.. wouldn't you really need to have someone fix the car and document in order to prove the incompetent "service" from the dealer?
