You need to use magnification to see the hairline cracks in the solder - the naked eye (down Pizza-easy boy - I said "eye", not "thigh"!) won't pick them up.

You can fix the bad ones or refloat all of them (like Pizza suggested). You'll be surprised when you look at them with magnification.
