Hiflyer,
Any rosin core electrical solder will work. I use fairly fine gauge 60/40, and get your iron to 750+ deg if you have temperature indication. Perfect scenario is pulling the affected part and cleaning the leads before resoldering. But many folks just apply lots of heat and fresh solder at each joint (including me).
Hope this helps.
Soldering is becomming a lost art.

Just looked at your pictures, it would appear that you used enough heat (and too little heat, not too little solder - is usually where people fail at soldering).
But remember that Tightd1 will swap your RCM for a repaired one for a small, small charge. It CAN be the contacts on the engine control relay (I'd have to check, I think that is the middle relay) but it is usually the solder land(s).

Now I have a new starter and RCM and still have no clue!

Mileage of car
How long have you owned it
How long has it been doing this
Where did you get the CPS that was installed - what is the brand of it
How old is your battery
Do you have a CEL (check engine light)
Anything else that you can think of that will help in diagnosis
Also, the Google search feature in this forum is excellent - have you tried some key words in it to see if your problem has been addressed before?

I have a tech working on my car and I'm waiting to hear from him, when I spoke to Mike fri or sat one he said he had just got the factory scan tool in so I sent a text a few mins ago and ask was he able to scan all systems on my crossfire!
Ok, my technician done a full scan and it didn't give us any fault codes, and he had the correct tools between what he owned and the factory tool that he got from chrysler. So he did order a new key fob because mine has got wet or something and doesn't work right. But the search continues, I had already replaced the RCM with a new one, from chrysler and put a new starter on, my xfire has a food battery. Anyways now he's going to be looking at the siren or siren module, the wire that's in or around the halo ring and looking at security system, I let you know when I find out more , he just called and updated me earlier
