This has not been fun for either of us, but I now have a viable business once again.
Here is the situation:
The IRS tax bill is paid.
The property tax is almost up to date.
All sales taxes are paid.
The mortgage is redone.
I’ve changed all shop personnel.
Still no partner, but continuing discussions.
So, even though a few rough spots remain, we are back on the CF and will stay with it until it is completed. I will refrain from giving you any time estimates, as too many times I’ve been zapped with something that made me appear yet more foolish.
