Seems a common thing, I too had just changed the cargo bulb - seems it's easy to short the 12v to ground there and blow the fuse.
That fuse supplies 12v to the locking module as well as the cargo and interior lights.
I toasted 2 fuses putting an LED array panel in there (ORANGE
).. with the festoon bulb adapter.. then realized that is open contact to the other ends feed right off the side of the main contact. Loose fit and didn't like the chances of bouncing around. Just so happens the LED panels connector is a two pin..that could be directly plugged into the harness end there.
