Mr. Herta

It appears it is just you and me interested in this fine car.

My six month (!!!!!) car hunt for a daily driver has lead me down many a path but not towards compromise. I buy to keep (as contradictory as that might sound). When the feeler ad for my V-R Volvo resulted in a sale within three hours I should have known I was making a mistake.

Early on I found my best values but as I have gotten more educated on the S-type R I have narrowed my focus and more limited the market. My latest obsession is a one of one 2007 R that is priced too high but whispers my name and touches all the right stuff.

The Crossfire has been rained on twice since it left your hands which fills me with guilt in that I am not sure you ever allowed it to get wet. If I can get over wanting to maintain it perfectly then I could use the truck which I do not enjoy driving as much less but in any case I need to carry more things than this car allows for.

You know my cost basis and I am not looking to make money just break even. Email me if warranted.

This car will never be traded in and has not been advertised beyond this posting.
