Sure, here's my quick hit for items we need to close the loop on.
1. Goodybags - I believe July 20th is the date we have on tap to get together to stuff them. We need to make sure we have everything we need (at least as much as possible) and we need to select a convenient location to meet up to do that. Last minute push for items!!

2.. Raffles - We always have a 50/50. This year we have other items to now raffle off. Would like input into how to conduct that raffle. Suggest it be separate. It will hopefully draw more money / people into it. We have approximately 6 - 8 items (currently). Suggest an exclusive raffle for chance to win those items. Need separate tickets for it (also different color to differential between 50/50 and this raffle). Also, suggestions on ticket prices (1 ticket = $1, 4 tickets for $3, 7 tickets for $5 --- etc.) Looking for suggestions.

2. Music / Audio - Did we ever get a DJ? If not, we either need to or we need to make sure James equipment works and is sufficient for our needs. Need to close the loop quickly on this. Also, plans for our music (needs to be clean and family friendly).

3. Support before and at the show - I want to make sure we have all this nailed down. I know we have a plan but I'm a little concerned about enough coverage. I will not have my son or family there to help this year either. I'm also concerned about what's now on my plate without the help from my son. I have to get the water there (can't do this in my Crossfire), put out the COM signs at the roads linking to the winery and I'm not getting back from vacation until Friday night before the show. I'm trying to figure out the logistics. I may have to bring up the water very early in my other car, put up the signs and then go home to get the car. Anyway, I may be looking to coordinate things with some help.

Definitely need help with selling raffle tickets (several people walking around too)
Need help with selling water (stationary and possibly walking around - my daughter won't be there now)
If I get the kettlcorn pre-make we'll need someone to sell that too. We could do a combo table for water, kettlecorn and raffle but we'll still benefit from walkers

I'm sure I'm forgetting things but these are what's on my current list of thing to chat about.
