I have it's twin. Happened to me 6 months ago. Since I got mine directly from the manufacturing guy, he quickly sent me a replacement without any issues. I only put it back on 3 days ago and therefore don't have any valid feedback yet. It is hard to check for this kind of failure. This is not a rivets or a spring issue. Other than a manufacturing defect, my only suspicion is improper gap of the SC pulley itself. The gap should be 0.25mm-0.3mm. And even then, it should not fail like this.

Lenin, I had the same thought as you: insufficient gap could heat that plate up a lot when the supercharger is not engaged (idle).
I bought my 62mm pulley from Rudy. Why does everyone say "the manufacturer" instead of saying who made them? I don't actually know who made these things.
