You can buy the throttle body and use it with the OEM MAF assembly and later just buy the MAF tube and fit the OEM MAF sensor. The elbow is OK as is.

I recently got a throttle body for my roadster off Ebay for 52 bucks.. and a facebook user mentioned he'd like to upgrade and there was another one sitting there for like 54 bucks. So if your not in a hurry you can save a few bucks. Make sure that plastic cover on the throttle body side is the same as shown here on the forum.
