At last Falls' Dragon meet, one guy of our group replaced a water pump in one lady's Crossfire in the Lodge parking lot. They bought the pump at a store in Murphy, NC for around $135 and had it changed in under three hours. At $90 per hour, that's $405 total, max.

If your Crossfire needs work, go find some local, honest, independant shop that is known for Mercedes experience and get THEM to do the work. Or bring it to a Dragon meet and we'll do it for beer.
