Note that I am new to this so please forgive me while or if I am messing up trying to post threads etc. Also, we tried reinstalling the assembly and it does not go in more than an inch. It just stops right at the pin and the pin is depressed. We are in Southern California and in the Inland Empire. I am curious if anyone else had this problem? If there is anyone in the area with installation experience, we would really appreciate assistance as we have been working on this since yesterday.
