Where did you hear the noise from? That may be the locks trying to operate, and a leak in the lines. There is one line for drivers door, 1 line for liftgate, and 1 for passenger door and fuel door combined.
I have a leak in my newest roadster's line.. passenger door does not lock OR unlock.. so I'm guessing that would have to be a "one way" leak..
