If that pump runs when it shouldn't, then yes, the O2 sensors are going to see stuff they should not.
Just a thought.... When the O2 sensors were replaced could they have plugged them in backwards. Bank 1 Sensor 1 is plugged into Bank 1 Sensor 2 on the PCM?
