He!!, there's an electric pump to push it through!

IDK-just asking...
The owner's manual mentions the fuel you use can cause you check engine light to come on if the fuel gas too much sulphur in it. Try changing fuel and possibly run a can of Cataclean through the system. Auto Zone has it on sale right now.

Thank you for the reply Traviss, I spoke with Chrysler's executive team after writing them a very detailed letter on my check engine light issue. I was instructed to bring the car into the dealer. Once the car was in their possession, I made contact with the rep assigned to my case (who I believe was part of the engineering division) and place the mechanic and the service manager on the phone to review the issue. I left the dealer but, soon after I recieved a call from the rep. They solved the issue he explained it was some kind of wiring issue which they have seen before. When I went back to the dealer the project manager couldn't believe it was something so simple. he explained it was one of the o2 wires had an issue. He wasn't very detailed in his explanation so I called back Chrysler but, the rep never got back to me. All in all I really don't care how they fixed it but, they fixed it.

Just to verify they didn't remove the bulb. I turned the key one click and saw the engine light come on and turn off after I turned on the car.

The only other issue which is not related to the check engine light; is the A/C blender door intermittent blows hot from one side but, after a minute or so it get cold again. It has happened on both sides of the car it's just weird. But I can live with that for now.

Nice to get feedback, seems that 18 months or so has passed since you were at the dealer, has it taken all this time to solve the problem?
Some never give feedback and the forum does not get to know the answer to the original question.

It took a long, long time to diagnose the issue in fact, if I remember correctly I had this issue over 18 months. The dealer was able to figured it out with the help of FCA HQ. All it took was a letter to the CEO.

I recommend this approach for any issue we cannot resolve on this forum. FCA HQ has the blueprints to our vehicle, and even though it went from DCX to FCA some of the same engineers who worked on the car are still their. Even some of the designers I went to school with still work their. They know this car better then any of us. I do wish I wrote this letter earlier but, I am satisfied with result. Below is the address I sent the letter, it only took a week to get a response.

FCA US LLC
1000 Chrysler Drive
Auburn Hills, MI 48326

I also give kudos to the dealer for working with me to get this issue resolved. They could have given up or started to charge me for the parts they replaced. The fact is they wanted to solve the issue, it was just something they never seen before. Like all new issues it takes time to figure out and they put in a good amount of time at no charge.

I know this reply doesn't really have a hands on solution. Since how they fixed the issue was never really explained in detail visual or verbally. But, I hope it give the very few on this forum another avenue to find a solution to some of the harder problems with their vehicle.
