Just a thought.... When the O2 sensors were replaced could they have plugged them in backwards. Bank 1 Sensor 1 is plugged into Bank 1 Sensor 2 on the PCM?
Ooooh, if that is it, that would be a great call, it does sound like it could cause his odd readings. I'd have to look and see if the wiring is close enough to reach, have you?
