My car is currently at the dealership. It seems like trial and error for them. They got their DRB3 scanner to work but now they are not able to get any response from my modules. I told them to unhook the battery and put it back to see if the ECU will reset (imagine they had never tried that either).
Please let me know if this company figures out your problems.
This is exactly what they told me with mine. That when they hooked up the scanner they couldn't communicate with any modules. Specifically the SKREEM module was not communicated to the PCM.
My advice is take it out of there as soon as you can unless they are willing to spend time on it. My dealership had it 6 weeks and put about 6-8 hours into. Then it just sat for a few more weeks.
