Starter won't engage multiple times.." makes me think the SKREEM is bad - but it depends on how I interpret what you are saying. Did it start the FIRST time, and now won't engage the starter? Or does it sometimes start, then dies and won't engage the starter?
In other words, get a bit more descriptive and wordy, you have us guessing here....
