He and Murfi -- so easy to love.
I talked to him while he was still hooked up to the equipment.

I find some comfort in knowing he was prepared and ready and faced this end of life with strength and a peaceful mind > Obituary
My dad said to me, to all of us, "
It's time for me to go... I want to go." That seemed so right AND so odd to me, I was 36 and could not imagine being "ready to go". It occured to me - we all cried when Dad died, all of us, except for him.
That DID help me. A lot. And this quote above helps, too.
