re: Jonathan Pedersen (Pacemaker) passed away
was SO saddened to hear about Johnathan's passing. Many in the Crossfire community knew him as "Pacemaker". He was a wonderful, gentle man and an enthusiastic supporter of our Crossfire community. Jonathan is most certainly in the loving embrace of our Lord in heaven . . . My prayers today are for his wife Murfi and all the family . . .
I am so sorry to hear this.
Jonathon was good friend, even though we only met a few years ago.
I always joined he and Murfi on whatever tour they planned at the various Dragon events.
Mark and I had discussed driving up to Knoxville Thursday afternoon to see him, guess that's a moot point now.
We should dedicate a new run to be planned Friday in his honor.
I woke up this morning to several messages regarding the loss of Jonathon.
I received an email from Jonathan on August 20 telling me of the serious health issues he was having in which I responded in a very long emotional reply.
I will always remember him as a kind wonderful man of God, a chaplain for all of our Tail of the Dragon Sunday morning meets
With the fall Tail of the Dragon event coming up in just one week I know several of us will be holding our own special memorial service for one of our fine and loved Crossfire friends

re: Jonathan Pedersen (Pacemaker) passed away
One of their friends has started an account to help the family with their expenses related to when Jonathan was in the hospital at Nashville. Here's the link:
Susan and I are lost for words this AM , Jonathan will be greatly missed , he was heart of this group and friends to so many , maybe empty parking spot can be left for him and maybe one more run can be ran with this Angle , RIP Jonathan ,I know you will be with us this Fall so put on your Leather hat pull down goggles and lets run that run one more time ,
So sad to hear. Met Jonathan at the Dragon last year and has kept in touch periodically on messenger, a man truly in touch with God. Sincere condolences and prayers goes out to Murfi, family and friends.
John and I so sadden to hear of Jonathan's passing. He will greatly be missed by so many. Prayers for his wife Murfi and his family. Rest in peace my friend.
I usually have a LOT to say, no matter the topic. But this time, I remain quiet.
At the little 'service' we will hold for him at the Dragon, I will say what I have to say - but for now:
"Thanks Jonathan, for the talks, the insight, and advice. And please put in a good word for me, I'll be joining you when the time comes...."
No offense meant to the membership, but a run with Jonathan and Murphi was, along with the Friday lunch at Jim and Trish's, the biggest motivation for going this year. My Crossie is down and Crumpy's needs a little TLC.
Bad year for my company. Time and money a little tight.
Yeah, Pastor Jonathan will be missed. Especially come Sunday morning. It just won't be the same.

Are you saying you're not coming?
Jonathan and Murphi have been off the list for this fall for a long time. I'm hoping to see you in a few days. It's one of the things I look forward to.
