If you want to save the 10 bucks, remove the unit, remove the other bulb and clip and use that as a pattern to bend the bad one back in shape.
I didn't realize other folks were bending their clips. I don't feel so bad now. I thought my situation was unique. I remember posts about losing clips but not just straight up bending them
