We have far more attendees, so I am confused as to why they would not accommodate us.
It's quite normal for the lodge to charge fees for using there various conference rooms and other private rooms for event gatherings
I'm sure the other group didn't get anything free and it wasn't expected that we would either
That being said the Fontana Lodge is very good to us and has been for the past 10 years
