This can be low fuel pressure, filthy MAF, etc.

You left something out here - did it refuse to 'crank' (that is, refuse to engage the starter, or did the crank and turn over but not start? These lead to separate diagnostic paths and separate fixes.

After a week of the replacement the check engine light came back on. So i guess i will have to buy another sensor. Thank you all for your help !!!
If the car is throwing a P0335, then yes. A check engine light tells us NOTHING. Reading the code in this case, P0335, tells us a lot - in this case, it tells us that the ECM has logged errors that indicate the crank sensor is presenting odd or illogical data to the ECM. Changing it would seem like step 1.
