No, that is not a thing. It is just another instance of how limited Chrysler is on being able to diagnose these cars. Not the Chrysler tech's fault.
This is the reason why we request the ECM and keys when someone wishes to buy a new SKREEM from us. Never fun to buy a new part and find that nothing has changed. We can make it run again unless it has an actual hardware fault. In that case, we can replace it for you.
