Nope. In Limted and Base Roadsters (and I assume SRTs but I've never owned one) the pump is in the wheel well. The spaces under the 'trunk mat' are empty. I store tools , spare bulbs and a spare crank sensor in there.

It's a pain to get to the pump cause ya gotta yank out all the trim in the trunk.... same for getting to the top pump and module -it's in the Driver's side cavity.
