Checked all fuses, battery is fine, cant find anything else wrong. So now I am looking for a fusible link I believe. I just cant locate it/them, or find any specific info on location. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. I know what to look for, just cant find it on this car.
Exactly what are you looking for? The line from Alternator to the solenoid/starter may be a fusible link, or it may not be - but from under the car, I believe it is easy to get to.
If the system is down to 11 volts with the engine running, the alternator is not charging.

But you did not say where you are measuring 11 volts at, nor what your ground reference is.
