You don't have a problem with the "anti tow" module - you have a security system problem that appears no different from the common ones we see, which are caused by:

1) Bad siren modules
2) Water damaged SSM/CLP pumps
3) Misc other electrical faults

Dave is right, you have GOT to get this "anti-two" thing out of your head.
