Thanks for the advice Pizzaguy, I think I will go your route and just replace the radio unit itself, my only consideration for having it repaired was to keep the vehicle all original, I suppose its not that big of a deal though
No, it's time to give up that dream. I fought it for five years - once I had no choice, I'd wished I'd done this years ago.
The factory 'radio' is a disgrace. WHy they went to all the expense that they did, only to give us two channel sound is beyond me.
But fact is, automotive audio has come a LONG way since 2003.
