It probably is too late to tell you this BUT never take a crossfire to a Chrysler dealership! I can't count how many posts are on this exact point! Get the car back, they will money-pit you to a trade in and rob you blind if you let them. I truly do not believe they 'reprogrammed' your SKREEM and that alone will cost you $$$$$$$ to no end. Good luck, you need it!
