Exactly which fuse? 3, 35 or 37? (That is for the 05 SRTs, fuse locations vary by year and trim level.) Given that these are battery feeds, it is obvious we have a failure of the panel to power down.
We must verify that the switched power is being removed when the key is off, if so, you must replace the entire panel, as component-level service information does not exist for the panel. If switched power is NOT being turned off in the "Key off" position, we must find the reason for that.
