I called these people they said they helped you but were not willing to help anyone else. I was so disgusted and furious they pick and choose who they wish to help. Speaking as someone in a similar industry, who deals with similar issues, please do not be too hard on these people. They are not "picking and choosing" who to help - they tried it once and found out it's too hard and there was no money in it for the effort required. It's not their fault, the system design is the issue here.
I've had to tell customers the same thing,
"We tried it once, we won't bother again."
