Seems that replacing the top is the way to go for the window issue...however still concerned as to why the top will not retract. I think I need to fix that first before replacing the top.... I do not know if it related but I did notice tonight that the radio is not working either. I am not sure if there is a connection between the two issues.
Doubtful. VERY much doubtful, unless you let the car sit in the rain with the trunk/top open. Top issues and sound system issues are common, our cars are over fifteen years old, on average.
