This means:

The headliner switch is OK.
The Top Control Module is OK and is talking to the Body Module just fine.

But again, the light staying on implies a sensor somewhere is indicating that the cycle did not complete the last time you moved the top. IT can also mean the Top Module is insane, but given how the windows go down, I doubt that.

Time to do a resync, we can go from there.
