Thanks for posting this additional information. There is a lot things that can be causing this given the additional information but I (again) do not believe this issue is corrected by a spring booster. You had a throttle body code and some indications of oil in the wiring. PLUS you swapped a lot of parts that didn't correct the issue. IF you become convinced that this might work (the booster), see if you can swap one in and are happy with it. I think you've thrown a lot of money at it already without success (and your the best judge of this). At this point, it could be a lot of little things, or one thing that hasn't been properly diagnosed. Where did that code come from (test equipment used)? IF it is a generic OBDII reader maybe someone with a better (more compatible) reader locally, can get a more in-depth reading? That's about all I can suggest, I hope more ppl can chime in with suggestions that par more with the change in performance your having. Good luck!
