Hesitation?
Sun out bright today so I decided to take the 6 out of the garage for a couple of hours , I noticed a slight hesitation in the throttle when pulling out (1 second) , didn't happen every time just two or three times during the outing ,
I only use shell premium gas in my car usually same station close to home unless out of town . the car otherwize it performing awsome lots of power engine sounds great, any ideas what I should take a look at ,I am running a code3 pully,NW CAI and have not got a tune yet.
Thanks Howard.

2 things come to mind.
1 fuel filter? maybe time to replace it?
2 lean conditions due to the colder air and the mods you have with no tune.
tony has told me he will be back in atl in the near future for a track day and some more tuning. ill be going back for a retune due to some more mods being done. ill let you know when it happens

Thanks Krazy let me know when you find out..I'll try to make it this time , I had thought about changing the filter so i'll go ahead it's time anyway
Our cars have a great delay in the thruttle which is why I have been trying to get the throttle response to improve.
The motor will hold you back for traction, esp, and motor issues, especially if it thinks it needs to. A data logger will show you most of the reasons if you have a hickup.

Stogey I actually thought of that this morning
so I reset the throttle ,the trip to work was normal NO hesitation so far>>>> but before it was real speratic so we will see

My sister's 2004 is doing the same thing. When the car is warmed up, it stumbles at stop lights and has to be restarted. One dealer said it needed a new fuel pump. It only has 13,000 miles on it. It is in Florida, but it did it in 90 degree weather as well as the teens now. I thought if it was the fuel pump it wouldn't run at all.

Has anyone figured this out. Mine will hesitate when i try to take off.usually around 30 mph. I have replaced fuel pump and filter. I was getting a code for throttle position sensor so i replaced throttle body code went away. I have replace crank position sensor i used bosch. I went cheap on the cam sensor then had to replace it with bosch, It was leaking oil into my plug. I have done a tune up replaced all coil packs, plugs and wires. I have had my skreem deleted. Im out of ideas.

It ran great when i got it. Then it started with the hesitation. Its almost like i let my foot off of the pedal. It had 83,000 miles on it when i got it. So i replaced fuel filter since i was under it went ahead and put fuel pump on. That didn't work so i changed cam and crank sensors. Didn't help. I started getting a code for throttle sensor. So i ordered a throttle body from needswing.Ran fine for a few weeks. but started getting multiple misfires. Checked my coil packs 5 of the 6 were cracked. Thats when i did the tune up. I was having problems with my navigator vacuum lines so i replace all of them on the crossfire to. Today i pulled the air box off trying to find a leak. Noticed the mass air flow clip wasn't tight. The elbow was just moving around. Had to put a zip tie on it to tighten it. So far it hasn't hesitated. Love this car but its being difficult.
