Amazon for one. Doesn't have to be motorized or anything fancy. You only need to remove 1/2 a quart. The one I have has tubing that is small enough to pass thru the oil dipstick tube to the oil sump. Otherwise, you will need to remove the oil filter housing (don't need to change the oil filter) & insert the siphon tube down thru the filter housing.
Since the HI Level alarm is only going off on a short section of road you drive everyday, and it's not alarming consistently as you drive the car elsewhere, I might not do anything until the next oil change. Then only put in 8 quarts during that oil change.

Thanks for the help. I think, since it only goes off on certain roadways like you say, I'll just wait until the next oil change. If it was on all of the time I would be a little more concerned.
