A wet CLP-SSM will disable the top and cause all sorts of odd indications. The last two non-working tops I managed to fix were not issues with the top at all, but were caused by water-logged CLP-SSMs - most dealerships have NO CLUE what to do or even what to look for.
Dont skip over what I said, get in there, unplug every connector from the CLP-SSM and look for corrosion/water damage.
